I have been on a 25 year journey of self awareness and exploration. After a seemingly successful career as an Art Conservator, I became chronically ill and walked away from that life, to find healing for myself.
I chased training and certification in many modalities, just to realize healing isn’t about the modality, but my relationship and authentic connection with myself. It has required me to dig into every uncomfortable belief, thought and experience to see what was at the root of it. My goal as been to master myself to the best of my ability, so that I can create the life I want. I look at and heal past, generational and societal trauma so that wholeness can become a foundation for a new version of ME.
My journey really started as a child. I was raised in a family who grew many of their own organic foods, composted, recycled, cooked on a wood stove, made maple syrup. These are some of the things really supported me to understanding the importance of healthy relationship with nature and natural materials. Foundations in my adult life have included natural building, conscious parenting, meditation, buying and supporting local and growing my own food.
I now work mentoring individuals, and teaching groups with consciousness based healing and learning. The work is designed to help support the healing and conscious integration that can serve as part of the foundation humans need to become the stewards of a New Earth. A part of my work is specifically with horses and ecosystems.
My vision…..that my work supporting conscious humans through healing, learning to be the directors of their lives to be more deeply aligned with, and understand their Highest Purpose, be a part of a ripple effect so that some day, all people know is life aligned with meaning and purpose. A life aligned with natural law and Source.

I have two wonderful children named Sam and Tashi. We all love to travel, and see and experience new and different things. We have lived from coast to coast in Canada, and currently reside in what I call Middle Canada. Geographically it is not the middle, but it is the most populated, non-coastal part of Canada.
Animals in general, and horses are a big part of my life. More and more the animals are my teachers. They are so full of love and absolutely transparent in what they do.
I have both a human focused, and horse / human focused aspects to my work.
At this time in our evolution we have the unique opportunity to explore and expand into greater beings than ever before. The focus of my work is on clearly accessing Higher information through a deep and powerful connection with our own Higher aspects. As our focus shifts from what goes on beside and around us through the creations of a confused collective, and begins to adjust to each of us creating from our highest, clearest and most benevolent expression, a whole new set of possibilities are open to us…shifting from external focus and attention to internal focus and attention.
