I have been on a 25 year journey of self awareness and exploration. After a seemingly successful career as an Art Conservator, I became chronically ill and walked away from that life, to find healing for myself.  
I chased training and certification in many modalities, just to realize healing isn’t about the modality, but my relationship and authentic connection with myself.  It has required me to dig into every uncomfortable belief, thought and experience to see what was at the root of it.  My goal as been to master myself to the best of my ability, so that I can create the life I want. I look at and heal past, generational and societal trauma so that wholeness can become a foundation for a new version of ME.

My journey really started as a child. I was raised in a family who grew many of their own organic foods, composted, recycled, cooked on a wood stove, made maple syrup. These are some of the things really supported me to understanding the importance of healthy relationship with nature and natural materials. Foundations in my adult life have included natural building, conscious parenting, meditation, buying and supporting local and growing my own food.  

I now work mentoring individuals, and teaching groups with consciousness based healing and learning. The work is designed to help support the healing and conscious integration that can serve as part of the foundation humans need to become the stewards of a New Earth. A part of my work is specifically with horses and ecosystems.
